Thank you for shopping with Living On Valued Energy / LOVE™ Brand. Our apparel is made, fulfilled, and shipped with care. Some items may be fulfilled through Tapstitch, which means production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping method, and order volume.

Order Processing & Production

Most items are made-to-order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Estimated production time:

  • Print-on-demand/custom apparel: typically 1–6 business days

  • Some products may take 3–7 business days depending on the item and order volume

  • Bulk, specialty, or non-print-on-demand items may require additional production time

Production time is separate from shipping time. Tapstitch states that shipping estimates do not include production time for POD products. (Tapstitch)

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times may vary by shipping method and destination.

Common Tapstitch shipping estimates include:

  • U.S.A Special Line: average 5 business days, with most delivered within 7 business days

  • Special Line: average 10 business days, with most delivered within 15 business days

  • Special Line Pro: average 7 business days, with most delivered within 10 business days

  • International Express: average 5 business days, with most delivered within 7 business days

  • Standard Shipping: average 25 business days, with most delivered within 30 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, carrier issues, weather, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances outside of our control. (Tapstitch)

U.S. Fulfillment

Some Tapstitch products may be eligible for U.S. fulfillment from the Los Angeles warehouse. Eligible U.S.-fulfilled orders may arrive to U.S. addresses in approximately 5–7 days, depending on product availability and fulfillment selection. (Tapstitch)

Not all products qualify for U.S. fulfillment. If an order includes both U.S.-fulfilled and international-fulfilled items, the order may ship separately and delivery times may vary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, selected shipping method, and number of items in the order. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and contact information at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or reshipped packages caused by customer-provided errors.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination country and product availability. Some countries or regions may have restrictions that prevent delivery. International customers may also be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may happen due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Local holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address or phone number

  • Missed courier contact attempts

  • High order volume

  • Fulfillment or production delays

  • Events outside of our control

Shipping timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Living On Valued Energy / LOVE™ Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist with tracking or next steps.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations or have different production timelines. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
