At Living On Valued Energy, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Returned with any original packaging, tags, or inserts when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Limited-edition drops
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned outside the return window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or item issues when inventory is available. If the requested item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they begin processing. Once an order has been processed, printed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
